Very unprofessional! I worked here before years ago. Went back to school to become a LPN and reapplied here recently for PRN hours. The director, Tamika,
Was very unprofessional. I guess she was upset because I had questions about my schedule. The staffing coordinator hadn’t went over anything with me prior to the orientation via zoom. Tamika was ROLLING HER EYES and throwing her hand up in the air. All while I can see her! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism with any job before. The whole phone call was just uncomfortable. I eventually called them back after the phone call and told

Someone named Lindel has been extremely rude to my grandparents. My grandpa has Alzheimer's disease and my grandmother is his primary caregiver. Someone used to come visit her occasionally from this facility; however, when my grandmother missed one of their visits (because they didn't tell her they were coming) Lindel stopped sending someone. My… grandmother hasn't had help in months and called to see if she could send someone and Lindel quickly started degrading her by noting how "they" (my grandma and grandpa) didn't let the person in when she sent them previously.
