We print and manufacture our own cards and tags. Plastic Fulfillment Inc can offer the savings of being manufacture direct to you the customer. We have over 90 different dies in house that can make the perfect tag for you. We can make custom orders as well. We specialize in the production of printed flat plastic products. We recognized a need for small quantity production at an acceptable cost. We created a production system that eliminated the costly set up requirements of traditional off-set printing.
Services
All items are digitally printed with 4 color processes on 10 mil Teslin plastic sheets. The printed substrate is laminated between two layers of polyester film, using heat and pressure. The film can be 5 or 10 mil, resulting in a finished thickness of 20 or 30 mil. All of the printing is protected by the laminated sheet.
