The most recent report looked at Medicare beneficiiaries and found that 27% of older Americans suffer some sort of injury during hospitalization. Of course, statistics never tell the story. I have worked with and known Pat Filan for over 20 years. He seems to obtain results that few others are able to obtain. I believe that is due to the fact that he cares and he listens. His solutions are often creative. He is not combative like a lot of lawyers, but rather solution oriented. There is no harder working man that I know of. In short, he cares.
