Appalachian Funeral Home
Life is full of opportunities to show someone we love them. One such opportunity is the funeral or memorial service. Such a loving event celebrates the choices they made, the relationship you shared, and honors the memory of your loved one. At Appalachian Funeral Home & Cremation Services, we have tremendous respect and appreciation for our community of hospice caregivers.

It's important to take the time to acknowledge the uniqueness of the deceased: the individuality of their personality, and the uniqueness of their life's path. Not just for them, but for you; it affirms the relationship, and leads to healing after loss. Honoring their life is truly an act of love - for the both of you.

I recently lost my father--Guitar Dan. Words cannot express how grateful I am for them and their services. David, Kristen, & Kevin were superb and valuable assets during my family's difficult time. They were professional and loving; they took our loss personal and grieved with us. They made the process seamless and easy, allowing my family the opportunity to grieve. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone challenged with losing a loved one--God forbid.
Thank you Applachian Funeral Home & Cremation. You were a true blessing to my family.

Sadly, our family just lost our mother. Appalachian Funeral Home was very good to work with. We were making arrangements over the phone during this challenging time. Jeff, Spencer, and Kenny were most helpful, professional, compassionate, and patient. We had a lot of questions and they were always available and willing to assist. It made a difficult and sad time easier to manage. I would highly recommend them.
