Talk about an above and beyond experience!! Rachel Greene really took care of me and my family. The reason this was above and beyond is because I am no longer even eligible to be covered by her office since I moved to a new state last year. I recently had a MAJOR electrical issue in my home and needed a whole new electrical panel along with some other issues totaling $5500.00. My heart sunk as I pulled out a credit card to pay the bill. Love state farm! There was one time THEY called me to offer me a great discount. All I had to do was say yes. And they're customer service is awesome. They have so much patience and willing to explain everything. I will never will think about going to Liberty mutual, Allstate or especially GEICO (had a terrible customer service). I worked with DANIELLE on changing my auto and home insurance, She’s great! very professional, cares about the customer needs and great at following up when something comes up. I initially was with a different insurance carrier and We had an accident, the party responsible for the damages had State Farm.
