I had pictures done back in June and the experience on hand was great. Although that is as far as good experience I can go. I have contacted them several times since the photo shoot trying to locate my pictures. They advised they would be sent directly to me but I have yet to receive anything. I have emailed 3 separate times asking for a update and have yet to receive any response back. Since I see you are quick to respond back to the praise online with your reviews hopefully I can finally receive a response for a status update on prints I have already paid in full for.

Tammy and Paul were amazing! Their website allows you to book appointments with clear pricing! No more trading emails back and forth. Paul made me feel comfortable for my first ever photography session. He did not let me leave until I had several photos that I was happy with. Tammy was able to complete editing for an upcoming business deadline! She was prompt and communicated every aspect getting photos. I highly recommend working with Red Door Photo!

My husband and I booked with Paul and Tammy for our wedding after looking at reviews online and meeting with Tammy in person. We have loved our experience with them! Our engagement photos turned out beautifully! Ourwedding was originally supposed to take place on 3/28/2020, but had to be postponed due to COVID-19. We held a civil ceremony on 3/27, which Paul and Tammy came to take pictures of. The pictures were amazing! We were also able to postpone with them for our main event taking place on 7/10/2021, and we cannot wait! They have been so easy to work with and we could not recommend them enough

Ammy and Paul are always amazing to work with! We had a family/ newborn session. We knew exactly who to choose for our second child’s newborn session after being so impressed with them with our first. They were great dealing with our 3 year old’s occasional stubbornness and made her feel very comfortable! They always make me feel very comfortable and never rush the sessions, even if a child isn’t cooperating. And of course the pictures always turn out incredible! I can’t recommend them enough!

We hired Red Door for our wedding and they were phenomenal. They were so cool, calm and collected and all we had to do was sit back and let them tell us what to do. Tammy and Paul are so professional and friendly- they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Since our wedding, we’ve had 2 mini sessions with them for holiday pictures with our kids (oh and our dog- they love pets!) and we are always so happy. Our kids thought Tammy was SO much fun and Paul was able to get some great shots of the laughter!
