As a parent, a spouse, a member of a blended family, and a small business owner, my background gives me some perspective on what many of my clients' concerns are. I've dealt with the terminal illness and subsequent loss of a loved one who had no estate plan at all, and the stress and confusion that caused.
An estate plan is more than just a will or a trust. It's not simply a matter of "who gets what." Your estate plan should be customized to accomplish your goals and preferences in a variety of areas, including: Avoiding probate Protecting your assets Reducing tax burdens Guardianship of minor children Taking care of your.

Your loved one saved your family from an expensive, lengthy and public probate process by creating a trust. He or she placed a high level of confidence in you by appointing you as trustee. Now that it's time to administer the trust, you're probably wondering where to begin. You may be getting calls from the trust beneficiaries and creditors.

We just finished the estate planning process with Angela and her team. It was very easy to work with them. Their guidance and direction was simple to follow. It is definitely a process in which you need to work together as there is quite a bit of information you are required to produce. We had been meaning to get this done for several years. We fee like we can now breath a sigh of relief. I highly recommend that you stop procrastinating and get it done asap.
