Construction projects move fast and the solution to one problem is often the determinant for the next step. Type III over Type I construction use development. Includes 640 units with approximately 21-25 unitstyles to coordinate. The common area includes offices, club room, fitness room, meeting rooms, other residential amenities and approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space. 290-unit transit-oriented mixed-use affordable housing development that will provide affordable rental housing and retail space.
MTA maintenance facility, which includes various machine shops with multiple motor equipment. Provided electrical engineering for (8) Different building sites located throughout Camp Pendleton provided total almost 1M square foot of living and working space, as well as community multi-purpose facilities, which included laundry, TV lounges, multi-purpose rooms, and site recreational facilities for marines.
The project includes 12kV power grid extension, new transformer substation and new plant distribution with 8mVA capacity in support of new centrifugal and absorption chiller plants, Harmonic Filtering system. 30,000 square foot Student Union building in the heart of Pacific Coast Campus at Long Beach Community College.
