Charged me $420 for an appraisal PLUS a "Final Inspection" of $150.00 for doing a drive by! Called and it is the normal fee she claimed! Do you research before getting an appraisal. I am paying it but also going to make sure that everyone knows that they will stick it to you if they get the chance!!!!
