I offer simple collections that will document your family during the phase of life that you are currently in. Whatever your family looks like, from pregnancy, to newborn, to families with grown children, are equally special and can be captured beautifully. I look forward to telling your stories. All collections are "all inclusive", so you receive the session + digital images in a downloadable online gallery.

Emily has done a phenomenal job with my family photos from start to finish! I met her a few years ago when she was able to get my newborn in the studio last minute at a friends recommendation. Since then she has done all our family shots; family sessions, the kids milestones and most recently our wedding. She is prompt and professional in correspondence and scheduling, warm and inviting during the sessions with her familiar effervescent personality, and a most talented eye behind the lens. Emily Shores is the best at what she does! We were amazed at how well she was able to pose our newborn and the photos she took are simply to die for! The photo session with her was fun and comfortable. What a treasure it is to have such beautiful photos of our precious newborn. We will cherish them always. Emily is the best photographer I have ever worked with. She has photographed my maternity, my son's birth, newborn, and 3 month milestone. I am also having her photograph my sons 6/9/12 month milestones. She's is extremely friendly and takes pride in her work. We will continue to use Emily for all of our photography needs. Her photos are sharp and clear. They print beautifully. Having Emily in the delivery room was a great experience. Emily Shores is the best birth/newborn photographer in the Central Valley. She is extremely talented in older children and families also, she always captures people at their best and the love they have at it purest. I booked Emily for birth, newborn and milestone sessions and my only regret is that I didn't do a maternity session with her also. Emily took time to come visit us in the NICU and when we had our newborn session she made sure to treat my baby exactly like I would. She is super loving and it shows in her work. Her studio is absolutely adorable and quite a little gem in downtown
