The most rewarding thing about being a therapist is seeing a person walk away lighter, more free, and excited about their life. Many people who come to me to work on anxiety feel so anxious that they can't make decisions or take action. Perhaps you can relate. Stuck with racing thoughts and feeling worried all the time, you may feel like life is spent constantly feeling "on edge".
Most people who start Trauma Therapy feel stuck repeating the same painful patterns. Perhaps you can relate. Maybe you know you'd be happier if you made changes but it feels safer and more comfortable to stay the same. Stuck in negativity and feeling hopeless, you may feel like life is overwhelming, like it's too much.
For those who have different private insurance, I am happy to provide you with a receipt so that you can submit it to your insurance for out-of-network benefits. Many of clients have found that their bills are greatly reduced by utilizing out-of-network benefits. In fact, their payments per session become comparable to what their copay would be if they were using an in-network provider.

I recommend anyone struggling with psychological problems or addiction issues , get in touch with Aviva she is experienced , knowledgeable and a consummate pro . She will make your life better but you must take the first step by contacting her .

I had Aviva for about 2yrs. No one made me feel so relaxed. She found a way to open me up to discuss things I never wanted to think about or talk about. Because of a change in insurance I am unable to see her anymore. I miss her terribly.
