Had a great experience with Mr. Hartley, first time we met he explained the whole process throughly as to how my car accident was gonna get resolved and got my sister and I to go get checked out and it turned out that we actually needed medical help. He also made sure that the insurance would take 100% of liability for the accident and resolved the problem in a couple of weeks. Austin went ABOVE and beyond for me. His staff is always very friendly! My case in particular had a little more hurdles to get through but Austin used all of his resources and was able to get the job done while keeping me up to date along the way. I shopped around a bit before settling on Austin and in retrospect it was the far the best decision . He did an excellent job and made sure I was taken care of. Hospital bills were a major concern for me and he successfully negotiated my bills down to a level that substantially exceeded my expectations. I was more than happy with my settlement as well. He was also an excellent communicator and always made sure to get back to me in a timely manner. I can not recommend him enough.
