If I could give no stars I would. Smh I personally dealt with realtor/owner PAT O’Connor. Very arrogant, “know it all attitude”, made false accusations towards me and my husband in an email and verbally over the phone. She didn’t like the way the loan officer of our choice prepared the preapproval letter and gave an ultimatum for us to use a loan officer of her Preference or find another realtor. Didn’t even try to work it out with the loan office we had. She even refused After being asked to.To make matters worse we just finished signing a contract with her and we’re in process scheduling
