We highly recommend Cardinal Landscape Services. Nate was very knowledgeable and his pricing was reasonable. We liked his plant recommendations and the total price came to less than the estimate. Unfortunately I'm not happy with the work Cardinal did on our small project. They were communicative and prompt and originally gave a reasonable estimate. I ended up completing about half of the quoted mulching and weeding myself because of the wait time. They did a good job pulling some unwanted plants out but the rest of the work wasn't up to expectations. They did not edge several of the garden beds at all. The mulch was spread very thin/was bare in spots so immediately filled with weeds again (the portions I mulched have not had any weeds/used about 3" of mulch). The areas they filled in with

For over 5 years, Kate and Nate have redesigned, landscaped and polished the gardens of my 130 year old Shadyside home. We started small and then as I learned of their immense knowledge and commitment to excellence, well, we went big! The result is luminous and peaceful at the same time. I credit their insight into nature, good work and perceptivity for making my goals a reality. As the season comes to an end in Pittsburgh, I look forward to next Spring with Kate and Nate!
