Kelsey is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Civil Engineering. Kelsey has 15 years' experience in coming up with solutions to engineering problems and has a special interest in the challenges of coming up with structural solutions to the many issues that crop up in the unique historic district of Downtown Charleston.
