Andrew J. Treuting presently heads Title Stream's Commercial Services Department. In that role, Andrew supervises and conducts commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of Louisiana, with client relationships on both a local and national level. Andrew's practice focuses on all matters of property law, contract drafting and review, business organization, and estate planning and administration.
Adam B. Beckman manages the Title Stream Northshore Office located in Mandeville, Louisiana. Adam handles various real estate issues related to the closings that his office handles for properties throughout Southeast Louisiana. Adam has established himself as a resource for real estate agents, their buyers and sellers.
James E. Smith Jr. (Jim) presently heads the Residential Services Department and is the Manager of the Title Stream Uptown Office located on Maple Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jim offers extensive experience in land use and all real estate matters. He manages an active real estate practice and directs projects of various sizes and characters.
Olivia K. Byers specializes in residential real estate, successions are her favorite, and is based out of the Title Stream Metairie Office. Before a potential new file is even opened, Olivia is already skimming the land records for general title conflicts so that she can brief clients ahead of time on what to expect through out the process.

Never use this company. As sellers we had to wait over 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time while the buyers met with the attorney. We came at the time we were assigned. When we inquired, they insisted that is how the do it and they did not seem to understand that we shod have been scheduled at a later time if they had business with the seller thay needed to be completed prior to the sale. The sale itself was simple and completed in less than 15 minutes once we were invited onto the roomm
