Trailhead Family Chiropractic is located off Murrieta Hot Springs Road, across the street from Calvary Chapel Bible College. We provide plenty of free parking for your convenience. Levi is a 22 year old man who has Down Syndrome. He came to Trailhead Family Chiropractor for help with digestive issues and pain throughout his body. Generally, Levi seems to be in less pain and he has regular bowel movements. We are grateful for the care he is receiving. Coming to Trailhead was the best decision for myself and my family! My husband is finally finding relief from an old shoulder injury. My daughters anxiety and asthma episodes have reduced tremendously, her body is not nearly as tense as it used to be. I had adjustments throughout my pregnancy which helped ease my back and round ligament pains. It also helped my labor go quickly and smoothly, and am continuing my adjustments through my fourth trimester to help my body transition back. Every time we come in we are treated like family, everyone is so welcoming and we love the atmosphere!

Absolutely amazing first time experience. I am 32 weeks pregnant and have never done any chiropractic work before. I felt very welcomed and comfortable with all the staff I encountered. The doctor himself made me feel very confident about both my adjustment and in the program he designed for me going forward. I left feeling like I was floating on my feet and very much so looking forward to continuing treatment.

#1 Someone who listens and doesn't just adjust you. #2 Someone skilled and willing to try different kids of adjustment to help their patient. #3 Family friendly is huge! I have seven kids and I need an environment that doesn't make me feel stressed to bring them. #4 Flexibility. Sometimes I have to change appointments last minute. #5 Affordability. Insurance is a hassle so I pay cash. Dr. Bowman has many payment plans that are more than reasonable.
