A small hidden gem to eat at near the airport on your way back, to or from Mammoth. If you're driving here at night and it feels like a sketchy area, you're in the right place! Best thai you'll get in the area, that's for sure.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, the amazing smell just welcomes you.
I love at the entrance, they have thai flavored lay chips and dessert/drinks you can purchase.

Thai Spicy Basil Fried Rice: It wasn't spicy at all, but it still tasted great. You could probably request to make it spicy since thai spicy can get really spicy.

We showed up more than an hour before they close, there were open tables, and they refused to seat us -- for no reason other than they didn't do more work.

Avoid this place. You may be driving out of town for no reason.

Gem in the wild!!! We were on our drive back from Mammoth Mountain to LA and found this place on google. Small detour to the Bishop airport. Loved the food… we tried red curry, chow-mine, pad Thai it was so so so good. One of the best Thai food I have had in my life. Must try if you are vegetarian!!!!

Who'd think a take out place would offer such a awesome dine-in experience. The food is absolutely yummy. And fresh. Made to order. And the service was suuuuuper nice. You can tell that these people like the chef and honor the food.
If you're in Bishop and want to get away from the bar food, this is your place! Take out or dine in. Don't be deterred by the location at the airport. It's a real restaurant and it's delish

We had the fresh rolls. Then a pork stir fry and a yellow curry. We cleaned out (big) plates!

Long day on a long drive. Was really craving soup and this spot popped up. It's a tiny restaurant, out of the way tucked in the airport but well worth the drive off the beaten path. The place was packed and like so many places these days short staffed but our server was super friendly and just hustled and kept everyone happy. My soup was incredible and mom really enjoyed her curry lunch special. If I'm ever back in Bishop I'm stopping in again!

Was delighted with their food. Very authentic and amazing to find such a great place in a small town. And it was fun seeing a few planes take off on the adjacent runway.

The service is good but the food that we ordered was not. We ordered Vietnamese Bun Thit Nướng but the meat was not grilled as it should be. Maybe it’s not a good idea to order Vietnamese authentic food at a Thai restaurant. We also ordered the Chowmein but it was not pan fried noodles, there’s quite a bit of source at the bottom of the plate. We’ll try a different restaurant when we’re in Bishop next time.

This is definitely the best Thai food restaurant I've been to in the Eastern Sierra. Staff were friendly and the food was tasty. Masks aren't required in Inyo County at this time, and servers and patrons were largely not masked. Though technically allowed it was weird after coming from a county that requires masks indoors. There are indoor and outdoor dining and take-away options.

This restaurant Thai Thai has me hooked. Ide go every night if I could. They have the best food ever and my favorite soup is the war won ton soup. Everything their is made to order. I can't say enough about it,not to mention it's located at the air port .so you can watch the planes take off.

Well- Ill start with the good- The staff is always great …. so I fault the “new owner” for ruining the best restaurant in Bishop.
The changes to the menu include making everything homogenized out of the cheapest ingredients they can find.
Recently the quality of the dishes just hasn’t been up to par. I attributed this to COVID difficulties and had been tolerating it, but the last order I picked up was totally inedible. The fresh/ summer rolls were my favorite thing on the menue. Now it’s 99% iceberg lettuce with a tiny sliver of carrot and a slab of slimy tofu that tore the thing apart

The food was too salty and tasted like msg. Tried the pancit, green curry, pad see ew, and fish cake appetizer. Ordered tofu in the green curry but I think I was actually fish tofu. I'm not a vegetarian but they should respect if someone orders a vegetarian dish. Really wanted to like it more, but I guess you can't be too picky given the limited number of options in the area.

We went out tonight to give it another try to dine in. Much better experience tonight. The waitress Mackenzie was awesome. Our food was fabulous. Portions were huge. The new layout is going to have to grow on us not a fan. Window seating was always the best part of the restaurant and now the booths have been rearranged so there isn't private dining.

I ordered the Spicy fried rice and Thai Pancit. Great food and HUGE portions!
Other complaints about the size of the portions, maybe they were the orders to go. When you eat inside they are big!
I'll definitely be back next trip to Bishop!

Food was one of the best Thai food we have had!
Some recommendations : Tofu fries! They were so good with peanut sauce! Yellow curry. It was better than any other yellow curry we’ve had. And lastly, the coconut palm juice. It tastes like coconut juice, but sweeter and literally better overall! 5/5

Love the green curry and the jungle curry (can get pretty spicy).
Not a fan of the calamari, they were a little too skinny but flavor was good
Spring rolls are also excellent! Good service too.

First time I have ever eaten Thai food at a tiny airport but this is Bishop, CA so Thai Thai Restaurant is the ticket. The food is remarkably good and the portions are decent. We had the chicken Pad Thai, crab fried rice which is really good, calamari as a appetizer and curry with with white rice. Delicious.
Recommend if you don't mind driving a little bit out of town and eat at a tiny local airport.

Awful! This review is about this restaurants inability to accommodate people with disabilities.

We called to ask about the sugar in the food and we were asked why we were asking. Shocked at the invasion of our medical history, we mentioned that a member of our family has diabetes. Not a good start, but we pressed on.

They told us to avoid curries and the soups. They said they didn't know how much sugar was in their food because they made up big batches of it. Red flag, but we asked if they knew how much sugar they put in the big batches. They didn't.They said to just avoid pretty

*NEW OWNERS*
They have updated their menu and everything I've had so far is great! So flavorful and I love that the veggies are fresh not frozen. Large portions and the lunch deals are great! If you haven't tried the food here since the new ownership you should definitely try it!

New owners reopened just a few weeks ago but what a difference!
The menu is huge now! Also added Vietnamese and Filipino food.
Tried the garlic chicken for lunch and it was fantastic. Huge portion of garlic chicken plus a small salad and crispy roll (think it's Lumpia but not sure) plus rice and a bottle of water for $11!
Tonight I had the waterfall pork that was amazing and the banana leaf steamed fish curry was great also.
So glad the new owner was willing to expand the menu.
Hope when they open up to seating people that the interior decor will match the amazing menu!
