UPDATE - 12/9/21: Since my last review, I went to Dr. Shoar for an additional 10 sessions to fix 4 problems and 1 problem was fixed over a bit more time. Then, in the year and 5 months following, I went for 12 more as needed but just some here, a few there, etc. Each time the Doc has helped me with my pain and issues and I felt better after the course of treatment he recommended!

I am very grateful to Dr. Shoar, I arrived with pain in my left knee, it was difficult for me to walk, the Dr. Found me the problem on the second visit he put me infrared light after that the pain disappeared he has an appropriate equipment.
Apart from that I felt dizzy and with difficult eyesight he recommended some vitamins supplements and today I felt more energetic, it's amazing how my eyesight improved!! my health has improved a lot 'n the migraine too. I really recommend Dr. Michael Shoar Chiropractor and he's team are vey friendly.

I went to visit hoping he could help. I have been
out of work for a month with minimal progress.
Dr Shoar was recommended by a friend.
I was a bit hesitant, seeing I was still in pain and didn't want the meds anymore.
I made an appointment, and I knew when I left the office I would be better a d soon.
Dr Shoar assured me that this was not a permanent problem with some continued therapy and commitment of my part that issue would be resolved WITH NO MEDS!
Thank Dr Shoar and his wonderful staff I'm back to work

Let me just start by saying this is the best chiropractic office I've ever been to and I've been to a lot.... as a veteran I've had a lot of back problems from my time in service. Usually VA refered chiropractic offices are pretty much useless. you are in and out in 10 minutes and your back feels worse than when you showed up... this doctor takes the time to assess what your actual pains are and uses targeted techniques from electro to massage, stretching and Heat the appointment usually takes close to an hour and a half and you leave feeling like a new person within weeks of going

Dr. Shoar is wonderful! He has repeatedly demonstrated he truly cares about my good health in all aspects. He has the latest equipment and his adjustments are gentle. He is also very knowledgeable about vitamins and supplements (but not just to push overpriced products from his office). No care during the pandemic caught up with me and he has been a lifesaver. Crystal is the best office manager around!! They actually answer their phone, follow up quickly and are also knowledgeable and very nice. Daisy and are also great!

I have been suffering from chronic sciatica pain for the past 15 years of my life and I have been taking pain pills for a long time. I have also had traditional methods of treatments under the supervision of medical doctors and sports coaches with little or no result.
With great deal of pain in my hips, low back and shooting pain in my legs and in a desperate need of help, I went to Dr. Shaar's office. He asked me a lot of questions

I am so thankful to find this place. I have suffered from sciatica pain and could not get out of bed for 2 months and sadly had to get an epidermal. My daughter found Dr. Shoar and he accepted my insurance. His office staff was so prompt in checking my insurance and getting me into the office within a few hours. Dr. Shoar is very knowledgeable about my condition as well as my other related pains in my knee, hip, and feet. He set up a plan to rapidly get me better. After just one visit, I am now able to walk upright and with balance. I am happy to say, I am getting so much better with his treatment

Dr. Shoar and his staff have been so amazing since my daughter and I started going to them after a bad car accident. Not only were they attentive to our needs but are also so friendly and kind to us at every appointment. Dr. Shoar helped our severe pain that we had after the accident and rehabilitated us to our working bodies again. I cannot thank him and his staff enough!

I highly recommend Dr Shoar. What makes him different from other doctors is how quickly he figures out the root of your pain, and uses several techniques to accelerate your healing.
He's available late during the week and also works on Saturday's, which makes it convenient for anyone like me with a busy schedule.

I have been going to Dr. Shoar for years. He's simply the best doctor in his profession in the Ventura county area. I unfortunately always wait till I have a lot of pain before seeking treatment and Dr. Shoar always provides the best treatment and gets me out of pain quickly. Best of all Dr. Shoar always goes out of his way to educate me and provide preventive advise. He's a true healer. I would strongly recommend him and his office to all my friends and family.

I go to his satellite office in Dos Vientos. I was hardly able to walk upstairs due to being misaligned and having sciatica. I was able to hike and walk again, almost good as new. After a couple of visits, I was good as new. I only go now for adjustments when I get out of alignment. Dr. Shoar listens and is very gentle. I never felt like I had whiplash afterwards.
