It was great service till my mom obituaries came back all screwed up!!!! Who does not proof read there information for a love one that they paid for a service @ KINGS? It’s been since March 6,2021 till now!!!!! I guess they are upset cause I’m trying to close a CHAPTER IN MY LIFE WHICH I CANT CAUSE I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY MOM CORRECTED DEATH CERTIFICATE!!!! And, for that matter I have given Mr Stewart long enough time to get them to me. Now, he does not want to return my calls now. As long as I don’t call it’s ok. No it’s not ok for a love one to have to go back and forth to see when

My family and I want to thank Stuart, Dione and the entire Staff of King Tears Mortuary for their Superior, Excellent and Very Sensitive Service! My Uncle subcombed to Covid-19. I live in California and Stuart and his Staff worked with me every step of the process. We're pleased with King-Tears and when the need arises, if you want a service that won't take advantage of your emotions, I highly recommend King-Tears Mortuary! TL Slade

If you’re looking for a mortuary that lacks communication, lies to your face, and takes 17 days to deliver your deceased loved ones body then you’ve found the place! King and RUDE staff constantly lied to my family about when they would have my grandmothers body. We were supposed to receive the body two days after her death and in the end it took 17 DAYS. King and his staff made the transportation process extremely difficult. Rather than transporting the body to Mexico like they said they would, they changed their mind at the LAST MINUTE and refused to cross the border!
