I am the Sole Proprietor of this business: PCS-7 Commercial Real Estate - established in 1994. I identify as a knight serving a King - as a Knight I am available to enhance my clients position on numerous levels, both protecting and safeguarding - like a chess piece on a board. Initially I worked with Peter in 2016, he was sub-leasing a property for my tenant with 2 years remaining under their lease.
After meeting Peter, we worked successful together to sell my 2 Acre commercial property in central Santa Rosa. I was happy with Peter's efforts and the successful sale. Late in 2019, I was frustrated with a Bay Area realtor that was selling a Gas Station & Market I owned in Redwood Valley. My realtor - was always undercutting my value and was not working for me, but the Buyer.

Services
My intention was to put together a company that expresses my thoughts and concerns in commercial real estate. Wanted to use the knight as a symbol of the services I am offering: There are Two meanings; As a chess piece it is unmatched on the playing board, it can gain the upper hand swiftly, safeguarding several positions simultaneously, yet be an aggressor on the attack - on several levels - all at the same time.
It's not about just finding a tenant that pays rent. It's about someone that can perform as they agree to. Prospective tenants that are established in business, they pay their bills, are responsible, are part of the community, they have respect, and their business is growing. You need to rely on them for consistency - to perform.
Finding a property that meets your needs is a challenge for many, whether it is warehousing, retail space, an office or to secure a lot to park your equipment in. There are other, perhaps more important considerations to value. One major issue is the lease agreement itself - someone needs to be in your corner fighting for you - protecting your interests.
Have been helping building owners lease and sell their: warehouses, offices, retail & general commercial buildings - since 1984, achieving success for them - in finding tenant/s for vacant spaces and Buyers purchasing their property. Working together, a plan will be developed to place your property on the market for the highest value possible.
Help and assist you either select a parcel to purchase or evaluate your property for its highest value. Will investigate market factors, such as: inventory available, zoning, size, frontage, contamination issues and access. Will evaluate items such as: site limitations, comparable sales and concerns within the immediate area/s.

My wife and I were moving to Santa Rosa from several hundred miles away, and we were taking our business with us. We needed to find a warehouse to lease. I reached out first to several other commercial brokers that appeared first in Google's search results, and none of them bothered to respond. When I found Peter's website and contacted him, he responded promptly and put together an itinerary of properties to see. We ended up leasing one of them, and I don't know how we would have done it without him. He stayed on top of the situation, coordinating with the lessor and lessor's agent as well as
