Ever since tinkering around with my first little point-and-shoot at age 11, photography has been a great love of mine. Things took off when some family and friends got me my first DSLR as a high school graduation gift, which I carried around with me pretty much everywhere throughout college. What began as a hobby turned into one opportunity after another to help capture memories for other people.
As of 2019 I've had the privilege of shooting professionally for 7 years, gathering experience working for a number of established photography businesses before branching out on my own. Whether you're looking to get some portraits or coverage for a special event, my goal is to make the whole process as simple and smooth as possible!

Jenna was kind enough to accept our request to do my sister's small wedding. She is not currently shooting weddings, but she made an exception for us since we only needed her service for a two hour small and simple backyard ceremony. Jenna was professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end, always prompt with her email responses and was very easy to communicate with. She worked with my requests and gave good suggestions too! She was easy to work with and my family is very pleased with the pictures :) The finished pictures were also sent to us only two days after the wedding

Jenna Kim took family photos for us at a local park and they came out amazing! We were so thrilled with the results. She patiently listened to what kinds of shots we were looking for but also helpfully suggested others. She particularly captured our children's expressions really well. We were extremely pleased and have highly recommended her to others.

Jenna Kim took engagement photos of me and my fiance - now husband - on a beach in Malibu. I had sent her a number of sample engagement photos that I liked on Pinterest/Google prior to the photoshoot, and she was very accommodating and helpful with posing us to replicate the pictures. She is an expert with lighting (always making sure me and my husband were in flattering light), the kindest person, and very fast with editing/getting the photos to us! She is professional, dependable, and as an extra plus, her photos have boosted my social media platforms. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking

Jenna has done a great job every time she's taken photos for our family! She's able to recommend places to take great photos and always prepares beforehand by picking out some good spots at the location. Also, she's patient, especially when there are young kids involved, but also is able to get plenty of great shots in a short amount of time. Finally, I love that she's been able to get us our edited photos back so quickly afterwards! Would definitely recommend her as a photographer to everyone!
