Kiran has been a valley resident since 1997. After 7 years into his dream job at Intel Corporation as engineer, Kiran has found his passion in real estate investing. Saw one of Kirans' signs in a neighborhood we liked. Looked up the property and saw it was for rent. Called to inquire if the seller would consider selling. Called twice and left messages, sent a text, but recieved no response.

Me and my wife first met with Kiran and Chetana in October and had our home signed in December. Our peculiar situation with apartment lease never became a problem. Kiran not only understood the confusion this process causes to a first-time homebuyer, but also made sure he helped us in each and every step of the way. We were buying our first home, and are very new to this business. Kiran's experience, and knowledge helped us a lot in closing on a suitable home for us. For each home we looked at, Kiran quickly pointed at the advantages, disadvantages, and helped us take an informed decision.
