I feel that Rana Dental is a reliable place I can go to get excellent service. They respect patients and give options for treatment. I like the dental plans I can choose from since I don’t have dental insurance. Gives me peace of mind and helps with budgeting. All in all, a welcoming place from entrance to exit.

Amazing first time here at Rana dental. Felt like I was really cared about and even had a menu of items offered to me like blankets, essential oils, Netflix, etc to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything thoroughly and give great advice for better teeth habits and hygiene. I'm glad I chose this place because I feel as if I can really trust them with my teeth.

Tina, my hygienist, was excellent. She communicated effectively (plain speak, clearly) about every step of the process with my cleaning/exam.
She asked all the pertinent questions to ensure I was properly cared for during my visit.
All issues with my teeth were explained thoroughly (why, what and how to address).
Tina’s performance (laser bacterial reduction, X-rays and cleaning) was excellent. She ensured to follow up on areas that did not feel smooth during the final flossing.
My dentist was excellent too. She ensured I saw (via pictures) my entire problem areas and understood her recommendations

This place is amazing ! Dr.Rana is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and meticulous. Dr.Amira worked on my daughter and she was also as good and handled my 6 year very well! Me and my entire family go there and I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a new dentist to check out this place. Do not look anywhere else ! Also, the hygienists are wonderful and so are the assistants. The administrative staff is very friendly and welcoming and the office is very clean and accommodating. We are so happy we found you :) If I could give more than 5 stars I would !

2.5-stars. It's been days since my visit, I have been trying to chill out but can't let it go. I see the 5 stars from others and assume they are from the quality of work from the DDS, she is talented (I think). But the rude and dingy office staff, pricing, terrible assistants, miscommunication, bad emails, incorrect appointment reminders, lack of communication, and aggressive hygienists, can all lead to a bad review. But the PRICES and RUDENESS in this office are by far the worst.

Had my cleaning with Catherine today and as always it was amazing. I also had my first exam with Dr. Amera. she was very thorough and detailed. I really felt comfortable and feel she is a great addition to the practice. My 9year daughter is also completing her orthodontic treatment with Dr. Rana and the outcome so far is impressive. I would highly recommend Rana Dental for the whole family.

I just wanted to say that I have severe anxiety, when it comes to going to the dentist. As silly as it sounds, I had not seen a dentist for 7 years. I finally decided to go to a dentist, and selected Dr Rana, as she had excellent reviews. Dr Rana and her staff, were so attentive and patient with me. I was very nervous, to find out what kind of condition my teeth and gums were in, since I had chosen to not see a dentist for so long. Dr Rana was very gentle, and super optimistic of my different options to regain healthier, and stronger gums. I left the office with my next treatment appointment,

Do yourself a favor and avoid Rana Dental. Bad experiences on multiple levels. A mistake during a procedure was made and denied by Dr Rana herself. It took 2 months to correct with pain slowly dissipating. Extremely poor communication by the office staff. Followed by Trish, the billing staff person, ripping me off of my insurance benefits and lying about it when asked directly. Couldn't make this up if I tried. ymmv but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This dentist is interested in money only. She will recommend the most expensive service and will continue to pressure even when the patient asks for lower priced options.
She referred my husband to an oral surgeon who wanted to charge $2,000. for the pulling of a small tooth. I led my him out before she finished her fancy presentation for pulling a little tooth for $2000! There was no infection. The tooth wasn't bothering him. I reported back to Dr. Rana and she said that he didn't have to have the procedure! She sent my spouse for unnecessary surgery!!! An added note to this story

It's sort of hard to like a Dentist. But I like Dr. Rama.I don't know what to say other than that. The office is very clean. The staff is super professional and they let you watch tv when they're working on you. I just had a crown done, all in a single visit because they make everything in house. Couldn't be happier.

I went for a cleaning and checkup with my 12 year old daughter yesterday. I'm absolutely impressed how well organized the office is, we always get in and out right on time and everyone smiles and listens to you. Their service is immaculate and their work lasts longer than anywhere else I've ever been. Thank you Dr. Rhana, you are the BEST!!

I've had bad anxiety about going to the dentist for years because of some really bad experiences, but Dr. Rana and her staff made feel comfortable and relaxed. I actually didn't really have anxiety at the dentist for the first time in over a decade. My experience here was so great that my mother is switching dentists to go here now. Another great thing about Blue Hill Dental is that they make the crown while you wait, so no waiting weeks to come back for your permanent crown. I would highly recommend giving Blue Hill Dental a try.

The front office is incompetent and their record keeping is horrible.
Nov. 2016 I had email correspondence with Lacey regarding sealant that one of my sons supposedly needed. I was very confused by this email because my son, a few month's prior had already had the sealant put on. I informed her of this and she verified that I was correct and apologized for the error.

I will give nothing but a 5 star for Dr Rana and this facility. I got a gift for being a new patient. The staff is awesome. The Doctor the best. I was very comfortable and everything explained to me about everything being done. Great location, too.
During my whole procedure, I was asked if I was okay. Is everything okay. If there is anything wrong, raise my left hand. I watched Netflix the whole time, too, on the swivel TV provided for me.
If your a person who is nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to be, especially if your delta dental.

My wife and I chose this office because we live so close by. This is our 3rd visit out of sheer location convenience and will be the last.
Here are the facts:
They spend a lot of resources on multiple confirmations system for your appointment so you don't miss it, they have all kinds of promotion system set up in place trying to get good reviews and new client, but perhaps they should just focus on the core, like provide excellent service in a timely manner in a good office environment.
