While virtually everyone should have a will and it is an important part of an estate plan, there are other, equally important, elements. Advance directives, powers of attorney and living wills are all essential to a comprehensive plan.

We have provided some answers to some of the common questions we receive from our clients. As a father trying to fight for his children I had a very hard time with the legal system not being on my side Tiffany and their legal team literally saved my family's life. They have such pride and compassion and what they do they're not just a lawyer they bend over backwards to make sure that they do the best for their clients. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the things that they do and how far they go out of their way to make sure that they are successful. I cannot comment on these people and the way that they do things without literally breaking down crying they have literally changed
