This place is very unprofessional! Was given an appointment in a day they knew they were going to be closed!

This is the absolute best dental office I have experienced hands down!! My daughter has been struggling with a decayed tooth for a while and because of her age, we have been having trouble finding a dentist to perform the extraction. The doctor and his staff at Dolton Dental went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable and they were so gentle & supportive when speaking to her about the importance of getting the tooth removed. I have never seen anything like this and I’m so grateful we found them!

I was a bit reluctant based on previous reviews but I’m glad I went with this place anyway. The staff was awesome. They are very caring and polite with a gentle touch and approach. I appreciate the clear explanation of what was going on doing my appointment. Only reason 5 stars was not given was the fact that I thought this place was advertised as full service including a dental surgeon but that’s not the case. I was looking for a one stop place for all my needs. But overall I’m happy I came.

The extraction I needed they gave me the run around for months always something, insurance didn’t approve (even though appointments were set months in advance) canceling and dentist leaving for different locations it was always something and then said I needed to see a specialist to extract!!!! One visit to a dentist farther away and they got it done! No months away appointments no special dentist and no money out of pocket. One extraction! IN ONE DAY! Not sure if it’s my medicaid but if you have it don’t waste your time. They always seem to can take cash upfront though lol

Staff was nice place was very clean it was get to point I hope I never have to wait 1st time with daughter grate experience also he told my daughter that she needed braces but I get a call confirming that she didn’t get approved so why would he tell her that if he just wanted the money together and that day what is really going on

Very clean, and waiting time is very quick. polite and understandable staff. the receptionist explained thing in detail.

If you have Medicaid do not bother your appointment will be rescheduled and reschedule fillings extraction probably anything other than a cleaning you can’t get done here If you really needed it. I’ve had numerous appointments that the doctors even quit/leave before it or my insurance just has not accepted the three month request that they sent out …. And then when they finally do send it back the doctors quit so you get rescheduled again. I mean maybe you might have different situation with your Medicaid but the appointment I had scheduled in like may or June for fillings just got rescheduled

My first time and I love how attentive the staff was. Really quick procedure I had two molars taken out in 5 minutes. Great place

Best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Brady was very precise, fast and efficient. The best part of it all is, HE DID NOT HURT ME. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know who needs dental care. ! Great Job!

Dolton Dental is a very clean and very professional dental office. The dentist was experienced and my extraction was painless. The receptionists are friendly and client friendly. I️ am leaving all my dental needs I️ their hands. Come see for yourself how amazing your visit will be.

I totally hate pain. But I must say it wasn't a bad experience. The office is clean. I found myself starring at the office design. It was beautiful. The nurses were nice. And he was so fast. I didn't wait long at all. I Already scheduled my next appointment. Thanks

Worse experience ever!!!! I've been in twice complaining of teethe pain ( both appointments took at least two weeks to get). All they did was charge me to clean my teethe and give me ANOTHER appointment. No help at all!!!!!!!!! Do not go here if its an emergency. They do not care!!!!!
