Since opening in the quaint downtown of Acworth, Georgia in 1994, Ferguson Family Chiropractic has been providing quality specific and gentle chiropractic care for newborns, babies, children, teens, adults and seniors (AKA our seen-agers!). The focus in the office is on vitalism which is the increasing the energy in your body and in your life.
Born and raised a Georgia native, Drew Muse is the backbone of the front office. Drew's 18 year experience in client relations and customer service enables him to work with people with ease and integrity. Drew has extensive leadership experience and training as a Certified Holistic Life Coach and facilitating men's personal development groups.
Dr. Karen Ferguson is the owner and founder of Ferguson Family Chiropractic. Dr. Karen began her quest for health when she received chiropractic care following a neck injury. As a result, she changed her career path from physical therapy to chiropractic care. Dr. Karen graduated from Ohio University in 1991 with a degree in Exercise Science, and Life University in 1995.

To prepare you for your experience with our office, here you will find what to expect from your first and second visit with us. Your first two visits will range 60 - 90 minutes, so that we can best understand & review your condition and provide you with detailed information to help you meet your goals.
Ferguson Family Chiropractic accepts most insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. Benefits are assessed on a plan by plan basis and benefits will be verified on your first visit to the office. Any available benefits will be used to offset the cost of your care. Ferguson Family Chiropractic accepts Medicare and Medicare supplementary plans.

I've been so happy with my experience at Ferguson Family chiropractic! Dr Karen and Dr Ashley always take such good and thorough care of me and make me feel so special. The office staff are kind and so helpful.
I have been going to see Dr Ashley and Dr Karen since before I got pregnant and have been adjusted my entire pregnancy. It has made a huge difference compared to other pregnancies where I was not adjusted or waited until the very end to get adjusted. We are so happy with Dr. Karen and Dr. Ashley treating our entire family. I initially went as a new mother with a three-week-old after hearing about their pediatric care and with a long labor, I wanted to see about his adjustment needs and overall newborn care. He was battling a clogged tear duct since birth and Dr. Karen saw it instantly and began to educate me on cranial therapy and how it could be cleared through her practice. My first experience getting adjusted was with Ferguson Family Chiropractic a year ago. The staff made me feel incredibly comfortable (even though I was convinced they might pop my head off during an adjustment). I’ve completed a full year of sessions and I have never felt better! Before going to Ferguson, I thought chiropractic was only for people who had been in car accidents, but I was wrong. Going to a good chiropractor makes the difference. I have noticed less stress in my life after being adjusted. The staff is very friendly and both doctors are very holistic in their approach to making you better.

I recently moved to Acworth in June of this year and started with Ferguson Family. This is the best chiropractic office on the planet. I’ve been getting weekly chiropractic care consistently, since about 2014.
They have skyrocketed my chiropractic care journey. I have less pain than I have ever felt in my life. I am more flexible than ever and it keeps getting better and better, faster than with any office I was ever with. I like to go every week to feel my best.

We could not recommend FFC more! I started seeing Dr. Karen and Dr. Ashley when I was pregnant with my daughter and now my whole family sees them! Their care made a drastic positive impact on my pregnancy and I felt amazing! Dr. Karen was also the first to know my baby was breech and help safely turn her around! I never felt uncomfortable being pregnant! My daughter was adjusted when she was three days old! My husband and I could see a noticeable difference in my daughter after each adjustment. We feel like family here. All of our family has greatly benefitted from our care here. Dr. Ferguson is very knowledgeable about our bodies, not just a back adjustment.
