I have been a nurse at two other facilities and this is the only one where the upper management will get on the floor without hesitation when anything needs done or help the CNAs/Nurses out, answer call lights, assist with patient care. The patients are happy here, it feels like home, the staff is friendly and communicates well with detailed reports on patients, I'm impressed. As for the reviews on answering the phone, when its after hours (evenings) we answer the phone as best we can when we are not taking care of your loved ones doing their wound care, assisting with ADLS and passing medications

My grandmother stayed here about a year ago and then again last month after she fractured her hip. I was very impressed to see the improvements in just one year. I thought they were good the first time she stayed, but with new ownership and new management, this place is even better. The staff is friendly, therapists are great, and my grandma is back home quicker than we were expecting! Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I wouldn’t want my loved ones to go anywhere else.

My 84yr old Mother went here to get stronger so she could continue to live at her independent community. The staff here was amazing. From the moment you come through the door everyone is super friendly and so nice. They took such good care of her and helped her get so much better. Everyone was so warm and caring and I can’t thank them enough. She can’t stop talking about the wonderful food. I can’t compete.
Again thank you all for all that you do.

They have no clue what is going on with each other. One nurse or aid will say or do something and then the next time a different one will have no idea what to do. The care is not good or consistent. They never answer the phone or return calls. They always blame everything on a staff shortage but they keep bringing in new patients instead of focusing on the ones they have!

Please know that the people working here do not care for their patients like they should. I have visited several times and found my loved one dirty and not taken care of. When I complain they tell me that they don’t have enough help. They had his medicine all messed up and he wasn’t getting it properly. There are a couple good nurses but the majority don’t have a clue what is going on. When you ask to talk to someone in charge they never respond or call you back. BEWARE
