With over 40 years of experience practicing law, I'm proud to serve individuals and families in Topeka, Kansas and the surrounding areas. Born and raised in Holton, Kansas, I decided to attend K-State for my undergraduate degree. Soon after graduating, I made the decision to pursue my law degree, receiving my Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.
During my time in law school, I had the honor of serving as an editor for the Kansas Law Review. After passing the Kansas State Bar in 1976, I decided to focus my legal career on probate, business, and real estate law. Now, over four decades later, I've worked with countless clients to help them overcome their legal challenges and achieve success.

Impaired persons who are not legally competent to take care of their own financial affairs sometimes need the services of a Court appointed Conservator. Children under the age of 18 who receive large sums of money generally will need a Conservator appointed to manage their financial affairs until they turn age 18. Parents may be required to be appointed as a Conservator in some instances.

I hired Mr. Glenn as my probate attorney in June, after the death of my dear aunt in late March. To assist me with her estate proceedings. I searched google for various local probate attorneys and appreciated the reviews of Mr. Glenn prior clients. The prior clients reviews, assisted me in my choice to reach out to Mr. Glenn, after I called and left messages for other local attorneys who never returned my call or called days later.
Mr. Glenn returned my call within an hour!
Mr. Glenn is very professional, empathetic and patient in his handling of such sensitive matters.

Grant has help my real estate business to no end. After leaving Topeka for 18 years the 1st deal I did was selling the Gordmans Center owned by the MaceRich Company (my old employer). This was a very complicated transaction due to the ground leases and only selling the leasehold interest.
Grant made that deal seem easy and I was lucky the have him take me on as a client. He has always been that white angel on my shoulder keeping my focused on deals.
I appreciate all his help looking over my restaurant deal and forming all the LLC's. Nice to have such a trusted professional advising you day to

Grant Glenn has been our estate planning attorney for many years. With life's changing circumstances, Grant has facilitated discussions ranging from simple estate documents to trusts, with great professionalism and empathy. Then created the Wills, Power of Attorneys, and other documents to support the family's desire and circumstances. And it is comforting to know that Grant Glenn can assist our named executors if needed. We highly recommend Grant Glenn.

My wife and I have known Grant for over thirty years. Grant is a bright, articulate, knowledgeable attorney - and a good listener. He has excellent judgment and common sense. - Grant has provided excellent legal advice and consultation to us in our respective professional practices throughout the years. He has guided and advised us and prepared relevant legal documents for us at different points in our life cycle, i.e., powers of attorney, wills, etc. We feel privileged and fortunate to have met him years ago.
