Renown Health at The Inn at Renown uses this company for our printing services and we have nothing but high remarks for their employees and profession. For Toner Deliveries, if called early enough, we receive same day and for any issues, they send a Service Technician out right away to test and fix the problem. Thank You!

We were in the market to purchase a new copier for our office. I called to see if they would come out and service our current copy machine that has their sticker on it and get a price for a new machine. I was told by Angela that they are booked and have no future appointments available. ???
This is after I had to call them twice and they did not return my call. I am speechless as to what I said that would make them not want our business.

Future has been our go-to for supplies and repairs on all of our desktop and office printers. Prompt delivery and more than fair pricing. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. We purchased a used xerox copier, and though they are an authorized Xerox dealer, they did not force us into one of those "bend you over" service agreements. Instead, we buy toner and supplies as needed, and when the machine breaks (so far, 3 years in it only happened once) they were able to remotely troubleshoot and solve the problem quickly and inexpensively.
