Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.

I just called this clinic and told the guy who answered the phone that my kitten was in severe respiratory distress and he offered me an appointment in OCTOBER, STATING THAT HE HAS TO TAKE CARE OF HIS REGULAR PATIENTS! For reference, today is September 3rd! I explained that this was an urgent matter and his answer didn't change! They obviously don't really care about animals, just about their bottom line!

Dr Jensen and the entire staff are wonderful. I was a Vet Tech for many years, so I'm very picky (the worst kind of client). The clinic is clean, the surgery area is awesome (I asked for a peek). Recently I had a very sick dog and Dr. Jensen did everything possible. Sadly he didn't make it (cancer), but her level of empathy was exactly what I would expect. I feel confident my other dogs will get the best care possible at Hurricane.

An unfortunate but necessary negative addendum to my original review. Again the following is based on my personal opinion, and I feel more evidence of Dr. Jensen's lack of moral, ethical, and sheer lack of any professional standards.
I had taken my dog Bandit for his yearly physical just 2 months prior to Jack's untimely suffering and ultimate euthanasia. Bandit' been on prescription medication for his skin allergies. I called last week to hopefully get a refill . . . not real sure of course I would get it because of my negative review. I was hoping perhaps she might have the professionalism

We are extremely impressed with the doctors and staff at Hurricane Ridge Animal Hospital. Dr. Jensen has been very kind to our animals; my corgi is a real wimp and he's never been afraid of getting blood drawn by her. She was very kind and considerate to my wife when we had to put down her dog. We're getting a new dog this month and we will be going to Hurricane Ridge for him.
