Had a wonderful experience with Mike B. with getting the free inspection to help with filing with insurance and all the way through getting my roof replaced. The installers did a great job and did it quickly. They are very responsive to all the questions I had and helpful for the entire process to make sure all was set and offered helpful tips. 5/5!

I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. Their workers took an hour long nap in our backyard. They left trash everywhere. It was supposed to be a 1 day job that took 2 complete days. They had no respect for our property (sat in wife's flower bed and did not place the materials where asked). They did not let us know they were here and just let themselves into our backyard. There was very little communication from the crew.

The roof on my house suffered damage during a hail storm in April 2011. After interviewing several roofing companies I selected J&Z Roofing because Scott Wallace ( Sales director for J & Z ) was polite, professional, honest and easy to talk to. Unlike the other contractors who employed a lot of bait and switch tactics, I was given a detailed breakdown of the work, material and timeline and the price did not change from whatever was committed, even when the scope of the work changed a bit due to some circumstances beyond our control.
