I thought the workers did a good job on repairing the leak. However, the company estimated the job high and included a clause that allowed them to charge extra for any additional work needed. However, the job did not require all the work included in the estimate and they were unwilling to reduce the bill for the work they did not have to complete. When I asked them about it, they refused to reduce to cost of the estimate.

I have a barrel tile roof and had a fairly significant roof leak where two roof surfaces came together over the garage. I needed to get it fixed quickly before the summer rains started. I called three different roofing companies and got their repair estimates. All of them described the same kind of repair, but two were around the same price and the other was almost double. I decided to go with Amick because they had a reasonable price, said they could fix it in one day, and did not require a deposit.
