DIY repair turned into a late night disaster, I called three other 24/7 plumbing companies and all declined. Derek, with Spartan Plumbing, despite answering a call in between jobs, informed me he would have it repaired that night. He arrived when he said he would and solved the issue in a timely and professional manner. Words can't even express how blown away I was from the service received. I can't recommend him and will be my goto for any future mishaps.

I had a poor experience with Spartan. We called them for emergency fix of a faucet leak ($256/hr emergency rate). While there, they accidentally broke the water main, and then had to come back the next day to fix it. Ultimately, it took 3-4 hours the next day to fix, and we got a bill for $1,150. They neglected to tell us that they charged double on Sundays, and several times over the course of the day, they told us it would be fixed in "2-3 minutes." Overall, it seemed like it should have been a $400-500 repair, and we ultimately got charged $1200. I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere for plumbing

Great work from Bill and his team on a new HVAC system. Got bids from several companies and Spartan was definitely the way to go. They recommended the right product for my home and did an excellent job with the installation. The install was done quickly and Bill followed up with me afterwards to make sure things were running smoothly. Great product warranty and ease-of-mind knowing that Spartan will take care of me if there are any issues down the line. Overall extremely pleased with their level of service and professionalism!
