Quality Pacific Roofing has been providing premium roofing services in the Seattle area since I started my business over 20 years. My goal has always been to provide a level of craftsmanship and service which is superior to any other roofing company out there. I have personally studied the workmanship of other roofing companies over many years.
We know what techniques and materials work. And I've seen what fails on a roof and why. Because of this we can provide a beautiful product that outlasts the competition. Also, it's been my pleasure to personally spend a lot of time talking to homeowners. This helps me to find out what is important to them.

Services
At Quality Pacific Roofing, we pride ourselves on superior craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and fair, straight-forward pricing. Our specialties include standing seam metal, flat and low-pitch roofing, TPO and PVC, torch-down repair, asphalt composition shingle and cedar shake installation.
Metal roofing in Seattle is more popular than ever. It offers a clean contemporary look, low maintenance, and incomparable durability and longevity. Quality Pacific installs metal roofing for the discerning homeowner. There are many benefits of working with an owner operated company. Ira, the owner of Quality Pacific, meticulously controls and supervises all of the details going into your roof.
Composition (also know as composite) roofing is the standard material of choice for most homes. This is because of the relatively low cost and high performance of asphalt shingles. If you're working within a budget or just like the traditional look of composition roofing it's a great choice! Composition shingles don't have to be boring though.
Commercial roofing services in Seattle have been provided by Quality Pacific Roofing for over 20 years. We provide complete reroof installations, commercial roof repair, maintenance, and inspections. Quality Pacific Roofing is proud to have installers certified by high quality material manufacturers such as Weatherbond.
Install starter metal at the eaves to eliminate rot of the plywood edge and leaks behind the gutters. Intentionally underbid then upsell you on what should have been included in the first place. Re-install the old, worn, rusted and unsightly chimney counter flashing which can cause leaks. Allow shingle nail exposure underneath the open eaves, which looks unsightly and is difficult to paint.

We had our roof replaced in April 2016 by Quality Pacific Roofing. Ira was responsive, professional, and thorough in preparing a bid. Onesimo and the crew had a massive challenge on their hands - the pitch of our roof is extremely steep and there were multiple layers of old roofing that needed to be removed (including the original shingles from 1941!). Onesimo made sure that all of our landscaping was protected, and brought in extra crew to keep the project on schedule. The cleanup was thorough - Onesimo even went around the house with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. The new roof looks GORGEOUS

We called a roofer on angieslist who had amazing reviews but not enough time for our job. We wanted to reroof our 110 year old house in a standing seam metal roof. But the company we called suggested Ira at Quality Pacific Roofing. We got a couple quotes from different roofers. We are both architects, so know a fair bit about what we are doing. In this part of the country, water is a building's biggest challange. I didn't find the other guys to be extremely professional or knowledgable about the underlayment or the standing seam metal roof, or the flashing and venting details that

I received a quote over the phone for $1100 to install 3 sleeves around some ventilation pipes on the roof.
The crew no-showed on the day they were supposed to come. I called, and he apologized and said they would come the next day. Fine I guess, although it was already a waste of my time to sit at home waiting for 1 day. The next day, one guy showed up and spent 40 minutes on my roof (not strapped in) putting on the sleeves. He did a good job and I believe the problem to be fixed. I have no issue with the quality of work performed.
My problem is the amount of work was misrepresented to me,
