Lucky Garden Restaurant

The pork egg roll tasted spoiled. The rest of the food was bland tasting. Not worth the time or money. I honestly never had such horrible Chinese food before.

I ordered online and said it would be for pick up. Got a confirmation and everything. Went to pick it up and they didn’t receive the order.. showed the screenshot but not a big deal just ordered since it was only soup(s). Got home the soup was horrible, it tasted like water with rice. No flavor what so ever. Then they called me && told me I needed to come pick up my food, I had explained what happened and the guy that called me told me “ur food is ready come get it” explained again what happened and the online order could have been slow. Gross food. Nothing was what we expected, almost like they used bbq sauce to flavor everything. They were missing food from the order and were dismissive and rude about it. Weird textures in chicken, everything tastes at least a little off, just generally not good food. Save yourself some money and disappointment, and order from somewhere--anywhere--else.

Absolutely Terrible food, THEN: Had my $40 dinner delivered ($required for delivery, then charged another $5!) because of covid. I've enjoyed supporting the oriental restaurants in Palm Bay as I think they've gotten a bad rap. This food Here is YUCK! So called for resolution. The owner told me to "bring back the food so he could throw it away before he would refund!!! EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE - THESE GUYS S*u^K!!!

First time trying Lucky Garden since we moved down here from Maryland in January. I thought the online ordering was the best laid out, and delivery was within 45 minutes. The food is very good, and I'll probably still be eating it all in 3 days. 太感谢了

We have taken food out from this restaurant many times in the past and it was good. The past couple of times not so good but tonight’s meal was awful. We ordered a beef with broccoli and a shrimp with mixed vegetables both combo plates. The shrimp dish came with very few shrimp and no mixed vegetables, just broccoli. No sauce and no other vegetables! Usually it’s a light sauce with pea pods, mushrooms etc. Looked like they just dumped a few shrimp in the beef dish sauce. The fried rice tasted and looked old. I've just moved to Florida recently and was trying to find a good Chinese restaurant I had a favorite one at home that I loved and I was looking for something the same or close. The food I ordered tonight was absolutely delicious. It arrived on time and hot. I have no complaints and would just like to say thank you you're going to be my new go to restaurant.

I ordered from the Lucky Garden for the first time, and I was very pleased. The shrimp was fresh and perfectly cooked, the Thai curry was spicy, and house fried rice was very good. I called the restaurant directly and ordered, my food was delivered hot and fresh. Maybe the previous reviewer's used one of those food delivery apps, Or work for one of the mini chain restaurants in our area. I encourage people to leave positive reviews,Let's keep supporting our local restaurants!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! ORDERED FOOD OVER THE PHONE AND STATED WHITE RICE BECAUSE WE DO NOT EAT PORK. THEY SEND ALL MEALS WITH FRIED RICE WITH PORK! Called and spoke with ling which was extremely rude and tried to argue with me saying I ordered fried rice online. Sorry bud I called in my order and stated white rice. I asked if they could send send the correct order and he refused! After 5 mins after our phone call he sent the driver back yo collect our food and said we will get our refund. I'll tell you this place is amazing. I ordered delivery food for a sick cousin today. They weren't home and the driver returned to the restaurant with the food. I called my cousin and told her to pick it up at the restaurant. They went to the restaurant and the owner cooked fresh food for them. They ate the food and said it was amazing the best day I've ever had and it was a hidden secret they never knew about in the area. We are from South Florida when we go up there we look forward to seeing them and eating at the restaurant

Yesterday I thought I'd treat myself to some Chinese food but was busy here so opted for delivery. My favored Chinese restaurant does not deliver and none of the delivery services offer Chinese delivery to my area so I did an online search for one that did and found Lucky Garden on Malabar Road in Palm Bay.

I placed the order around 4 o'clock for 5:30 delivery. 5:30 was plain as day on the receipt in very large font. The order showed up at 4:30! When I pointed that out to the driver all he said was "Oh." Strike one.

After many years of trying to like the food here... I have to say that I really don't. I want to like it so occasionally I go in the hopes that it has changed. It has changed, but for the worst. I don't think I will be coming back here. I only place take out orders. When I pick it up at the specified time half the food is cold and when I get it home a lot of it seems under cooked. The quality was better but not greAt when I first found this place and it's a shame that it had gotten worse over the years. So... this is my last check-in at the not so "Lucky" Garden

Not sure why people have left bad reviews about this place , but I think the food is great. The guy who always answers the phone is very nice. The delivery drivers are nice as well. I've never had a problem with service or food from here. I live 4 miles away - food is always hot and delicious !

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not bother eating here unless you would like wrong orders and incredibly inconsiderate service. We have ordered twice from here and received the incorrect order each time. This time, a meal was delivered that clearly had directions of NO VEGGIES, which was also confirmed over the phone. The meal was delivered with veggies. When we called to ask to have the order corrected we were told "Pick them off yourself, I'm not sending a new order". There is an allergy, which is why the order was placed with NO VEGGIES. I have to say I think this is probably one of the best buffets I've been to. Moved here 3 months ago to FL and have been there about 6 times. They have a nice selection of food. From, Chinese, sushi bar, raw bar(dinner only) hibachi, fruit bar and ice cream. Dinner comes to about $17 per person, but because of the selection of food for dinner time, I can't complain about it. They have raw oyster, which I love and unlimited amounts.

Terrible customer service. Called and placed an order for delivery. New girl did not enter our complete order in the computer so my daughter did not get her meal and my husband had to give his to her. When we called to ask them what happened we were told we never ordered it and that they would not deliver for only one item. They also never gave us a receipt. Manager also hung up on me because I told him that it was bad customer service that they would not fix their mistake. I will never order from them again and we were also regular customers

I ordered my food. Two hours later it showed up minus one dinner. When I called the restaurant, the owner Mr lee gets on the phone. He tells me I have to wait for the driver to come back to make sure I am telling the truth. I called back again. Asked if they wanted to argue with me over six dollars. The girl said yes. He is unyielding and in a heartbeat he will argue. Good to know. An hour later still no food!

Food sucks anyway. I was just too lazy to go out and get it from my favorite place. I guess I learned my lesson. But I am hungry.

They are good. Needed to add salt. Fresh vegetables and delicious spring rolls. Check them out I think you will like them.

Moving to the area from Melbourne and doing work on the new house so had to order out-got no napkins or plastic ware to eat our food and they gave no sweet and sour sauce for our eggrolls but instead we got a nice piece of metal in our food !!!! So disgusted this is aggravating tried to call and tell them of course they didn't understand me. They need to be shut down how unsanitary is that! I can't even eat this crap!

Love the food love the friendly staff . The best Chinese I ever had in my entire life . I can't seem to get enough the prices are just right .

BEST CHINESE FOOD WE'VE HAD IN PALM BAY! We ordered here last night. We had General Tso chicken, sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, vegetable rice noodles and fried rice. It was hot, fresh and flavorful. The chicken wasn't greasy and the noodles were great. Will definitely be back.

Just left this place. They messed up my order, I asked for an extra egg roll so they gave me extra white rice. Because there was two of us and we paid separtly all the sudden our order was not worth as much even thou it was the same amount of food price wise. Because they had to "split" the order they charged me more money. I asked why and he said "you split order, u no get discount, u have pay more now" me being hungry I paid them, ate and posted this review. Ill never visit again. Because of this, we could have went to Arby's right across the street our the dao buffet
