Just had one of their plumbers come out for a basic garbage disposal replacement. The plumber broke something during the 30 minutes he was out. He said he was going to call his manager to check on what to do and just drove off instead. Just got off the phone with the manager at Economy Rooter and they told me that it wasn't their fault and that they won't be doing anything to help/fix what they broke. The plumber himself admitted it broke and was not there beforehand.

Recently I have experience with Robert from Economy Rooter installed 2 toilets and 3 faucets in my house.
Robert did a great job. Finished all the work on time except one faucet was a small leaks. He came back twice and fixed the leaks without any hesitation.
Robert is an easy, fun and a great harmony to talk with. Great attitude, friendly and very professional guy.
Also “Sevded”, the office lady is very helpful. Nice to talk with, and never turn me down.
To this, the team from Economy Rooter is doing a great job.
I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

I have had a great experience TWICE with them. Replaced a busted water heater several years ago and quickly identified the new leak with the expansion tank. Quickly replaced it and was up-and-running in no time! Highly recommend Kevin (...of the same name) who was the expert and fun talking with him. Great crew all-around!
