It depends on your objectives. If you are looking for rental return, we will recommend areas which are easy to find renters. Please also note the best time to find renters is the summer, and the most difficult time is the fall. This is because most parents and students prefer to wait till after the school year to make a change.

This rental company is awful. They do not take care of their houses at all. We moved in 2 years ago to cat hair and live roaches everywhere. We should have taken that as a sign. Over the last 2 years our tile floor has literally broken, there’s been water damage and flooding, the garbage disposal broke, the fridge broke, and the washer and dryer broke. With all of these, it took several texts/phone calls for the landlord to do anything about it, and by the time they ‘fixed’ the problem it had been at least a week. The ‘fixes’: a new fridge, but it was significantly smaller than the old
