Karen has been a phenomenal help for my husband and me! We were in an unique situation with my retirement and my husband's medicare that none of our friends were in, knew about, or could help us with. Karen has been great at helping us transition to Medicare. My husband is a year ahead of me on this and she set him up with Medicare and helped me find an affordable Obamacare plan to use till I eventually also go on Medicare later this year. Finding healthcare plans is very stressful and having Karen to discuss the ins and outs really helped.

Karen was amazing in setting up my insurance. However, her real super hero powers came into play when I was quoted an astronomical fee for a rather simple medical procedure. She (just minutes home from vacation) quickly jumped on the phone with me in a three-way-call to the provider and within 12 minutes saved me $2250. (She found their mistake within minutes.
