Luke was utterly BRILLIANT! He answered my distress call for a serious leak and came out within half an hour, even though he wasn't supposed to be working that day. He was so kind, reassuring, efficient and located and fixed the leak so quickly. I cannot recommend Luke and Prontaplumb more highly. FANTASTIC SERVICE
