You are guided through a series of postures involving fluid movements, gentle stretching, pressure techniques and breathwork. Performed on a floor mat in comfortable clothes, this is a therapeutic "dance" incorporating rhythmic motion and palming and thumbing along energy lines to invoke emotional calming and deep relaxation.
Thai Massage is a clothes-on massage performed on a mat on the floor. Through passive stretches and rhythmic movements, your body begins to loosen up, remembering how fluid, flexible and flowing it is. Come experience this wonderful feeling. Customized specifically to your skin type - includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, penetrating mask, neck, arm, foot and scalp massage and hydrating moisturizers.
