Terrible experience. Looks professional from the outside, but rude on the inside. With the toaster oven and refrigerator in view as soon as I opened the front door, she proceeded to ask me "what was I doing there". Seems as though she works from her kitchen. Which with me, would have been fine had she treated me with more hospitality. She told me I shouldn't speak to her with the front door open cause her dog might escape, but she didn't even offer to let me come in, once I told her that my visit was for financial purposes. I felt that she was already a bit stressed as soon as she saw me, not sure
