We have trusted Taxes Plus to complete and E-File our returns for over ten years. We've lived in seven different locations during this time - therefore, we have always transacted our business electronically. Regardless, we are confident that our returns receive the closest attention and careful review before filing. They ask detailed questions and take the time to explain all changes from the previous year. You might find cheaper but you'll not find better.

HORRIBLE customer service. I was referred to them by a good friend. I attempted to make an appt before I left for mexico. I was told they had no openings that day but I was welcome to drop off my paperwork. The front desk lady was rude and loud. The whole office staff and customers could hear my business. A few days later Tim emailed me wanting more info. I was in Mexico and unable to return his email. I then receive a voicemail from him stating that if I didn't call him back that day, he would refuse to do my taxes. I arrived back in KC at midnight on Monday. I called him back Tuesday morning
