FHCE was founded in 1965 by Freeland Harris. Mr. Harris established a relationship with Gray Construction in Bowling Green, KY and began to provide structural design services on Gray's projects. FHCE quickly became Gray's primary source for structural engineering, and helped Gray become one of the nation's leading design build contractors for industrial buildings.
Today FHCE continues the tradition of providing excellent structural design services that Mr. Harris established. We emphasize creative framing and foundation design solutions that add value to our customer's projects while meeting current building codes to ensure the safety of the building's users.
