Our dental practice provides family general dentistry. Treating many pediatric patients makes it a true family practice. Although NOT a Pediatric Specialty we take great pleasure in treating children as young as 1 year old. We focus on preventive dental education in a caring, unhurried and state-of-the-art environment.
We treat every patient the way we want to be treated by our doctors. Dr. Friedland presents several treatment options, explains those and always respects your final decision. We also respect your time and finances the way we want people to respect ours. Our treatment planning philosophy is very conservative in nature.

Services
The ADA recommends that children as young as 1 year old should start seeing a pediatric or family dentist. As a family practice, we take great pleasure in treating children. Most of our patients that started with us as children continue to be our patients as young adults. We offer cartoon videos to watch during procedures and prizes after treatment is completed.
She often volunteers her time to "Give Kids a Smile", and event that focuses on children who do not have access to dental care. Dr. Friedland is considerate to the needs of Senior Citizens, and offers 10% senior discount. She also contributes her time and offers discounts to military personnel and their families.

Dr. Friedland has been my dentist for more than 15 years and thanks to her , I still have all my teeth in a very good shape . She is a very knowledgable doctor with an amazing attention to details .

The office has a very warm cozy,friendly atmosphere and the staff is pleasant .
I had crown's placed on my front teeth ,I'm a bit of a perfectionist .
The crown's are absolutely beautiful and so natural looking ,Dr Friedland took the time needed,I went to the lab to have a custom shade .
I love my new smile and can smile with confidence again.
I'm so grateful I found Dr Friedland she take's pride in her work and really care's .

I have been a patient of Dr Friedland's for over 15 years. When I first came to her my teeth were not in great shape. She got me on a regiment of regular visits (4/year) and was adamant about flossing. She diligently pushes, prods and educated her patients about good dental hygiene and she got me to floss when no other dentist was able to do so. She does all her own cleanings and is extremely thorough. Her cleanings are deep, but I would rather suffer mild discomfort while getting the cleaning than have issues with my teeth now on in the future.

Most painful cleaning I have ever had, and she gave me a numbing cream! But worse than that, she would not stop lecturing me about what a bad flosser I was, even though she admitted that she could tell I flossed! After 30 minutes I asked her to please stop repeating this, but she kept doing it!
After the torture, I mean, "cleaning" I explained that extensive lecturing does not lead to behavior modification. Then she said she feels like she has to keep on explaining what the patient has done wrong so they won't think it's her fault that it hurts. Bizarre!

X-RAYS:
Assistant said very innocuously: "Okay we're going to take a COUPLE of x-rays now" (emphasis my own). I had just had a full-mouth x-ray 6 months ago. But she said a "couple", and had no signs of being deficient in English, so I assumed she knew "couple" means 2 or 3. I definitely didn't expect to have more than 4 x-rays.
Unfortunately it was a lie because it ended up being 18 X-rays! By the time she was on the 10th one there was no point in backing out because I might as well have this updated record instead of wasting the whole procedure. But

Both of my kids go to Dr. Friedland, and I can't be more happier. As nobody loves going to the dentist, Dr. Friedland is simply the best. She is very detailed, and when everything is ok thats great. But when you need it, you want a dentist that pays attention. She discovered something in my sons mouth, that his regular orthodontist who he sees every month missed. She sees my son every 6 month. I am glad we went to her because wo her, i dont want to think what would have happened.

I absolutely highly recommend going to Dr. Friedland! As somebody who dreads going to the dentist it takes a lot for me to be able to bear the experience but she and her knowledgeable, friendly staff have even gone further to make it an enjoyable experience as well.
I have been going to see her since I was just a kid and she has always tried to be very sensitive to my needs as a patient. She is very intuitive to her patient's needs and comforts.
I would highly recommend her to anybody!
