We brought our vehicle there so they can check it out because the Kia dealership in horseheads said that our thermostat hose was leaking and that all of our hoses needed to be replaced. They looked at it and found nothing leaking and all the hoses were fine the only thing that's wrong with our car is the water pump. They were very professional very nice and on time with their services we will definitely be using them again.

I found this shop (on Nextdoor) when in a pinch for both time and money while traveling from out-of-state. I tried to do what I thought was a simple repair myself and ended up breaking a bolt. I had no way to remove it myself. I called the shop and spoke the owner Risa. She was very kind, pleasant and empathetic. She worked up a generalized estimate and said she would do her best to squeeze me in so I could get back on the road in time. After I dropped off the car, Nick called me to update me on other repairs that were needed to finish what I had requested. After a few calls, he was able to find

So I’m not from the area and I moved here in 2017 to start college.... after trying a few different car shops around the area......I found tanners and from the very first time I walked inside I knew that they meant business. Everyone is kind and goes above and beyond to help get your car up and running. I’ve never seen such trustworthy staff! They won’t screw you over and they are so understanding!! Also they are very flexible with scheduling! They are just great people!! I will always be coming to tanners for any car issue!!
