Great place to get work done. Fast and friendly. Have taken two cars there in the last two months. One for an alignment and my car is back to driving like an arrow down the road. The other had a hub issue that was addressed in a day and back on the road with no more issues. Would recommend and will be returning for service when the time comes.

Came to town for a basketball tournament. Truck wheel was making an awful noise. They were busy and took the time to look at my truck understanding me being out of town. They determined it was just a ball joint needing some grease. It was plugged, they replaced it, and sent me on my way. A simple fix but it was the time, patience, and the service that was awesome. Also NOT taking advantage of a person from out of town and in a panic. Thank you gentlemen!

I came to Bud and Steve's for an alignment and unfortunately my suspension needed work as well, they were upfront and honest about the extra work that was needed and were able to complete it all within a few days. I live out of town and didn't have to worry about whether my car would make the trip home. Thank you Bud and Steve!

I didn’t use these guys for service but today I was down at the courthouse to register a vehicle and I forgot tools to take off my plate. I thought rather than drive the 15 miles back home to get some tools, I’d stop and see if they would let me borrow some pliers to take my plate off. Well when I went in to ask them, they stopped what they were doing and happily came out and took it off for me! And they didn’t want anything in return. I needed air for my tires and had my daughter with me. I sometimes have my hands full chasing her down. I am very pleased with how quickly they had all the tires checked and aired up for me. After the morning I had (daughter had to be picked up from latchkey which meant I had to leave work on our busiest day of the year) they where a very bright spot. Thank you very much.

Bud and Steve Auto service is by far the best place to get brakes, tires, alignments, etc. I’ve never left there disappointed and never will. Truly great mechanics, professional service, and they’re honest! If the President of the United States of America needed an alignment, tires, and/or brakes, then I would refer him to Bud and Steve Auto!

Honest and upfront service. They look your vehicle over thoroughly and let you know to keep an eye on something that will need repaired or replaced and they keep record of everything from estimates given and services received. 3 weeks after they aligned my truck, the steering sounds like 2 cats fighting. Truck only has 72500 miles on it. Steering wheel no longer straight after alignment. .
Feb 8 edit... very rarely do I change a… review. However, I received a call today asking me if I needed to get my truck back in. I have already had the ball-joint replaced (something I still feel should have been checked during alignment). Bud & Steve's expressed a sincere desire to get things right. While I'm still not totally happy about the truck, I very much respect a company that will take the time to call and try.
