Careless and destructive, are the words to describe Woodlands Escapes. They killed at least five of my plants and destroyed a planter, broke my fence gate and ruined my lawn. They pruned two more plants which I had explicitly said to leave alone, in writing. Pruning where they were actually meant to was lazy, often only touching one side of plants and forgetting about the rest.
They deliberately killed a huge patch of some of my healthiest grass. When I asked Leo about it, he said he the workers thought the grass was a patch of weeds. I cannot fathom how a lawn care company can mistake a healthy

They shot a huge rock out of their mower and badly damaged my vehicle parked on the street at a home across from a yard they were mowing. They left the scene without telling me (I was inside the home). I asked the crew the next week on site and they brushed me off and told me to contact the office which I did and now they won't contact me back to address the situation or even offer any apology. Very unprofessional of them for not owning up to and ignoring one of the liabilities of their industry.

Woodlands Escapes has been fantastic. Leo and his team took our vision for the yard and flower beds and created an action plan to get it all up to speed over the last few months, and the work has been awesome. Their promises were pretty high to begin with and they continue to overdeliver at every stage, we truly couldn't be happier with our decision to work with them.

I only gave them 5 stars because Google won't let me put 10. We've been struggling with properly landscaping our yard with many plants not surviving. Woodlands Escapes came to our home and provided knowledgeable advice and direction for our front and backyard. They have been great with communication and planning and made our landscaping look like something you only see on TV at an affordable price too! Their team is excellent, hardworking, and reliable. I plan on continuing to use them for multiple projects in the future.
