Services
Design and specify HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects. The LEED Green Building Rating System is a program developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), a nonprofit organization of architects, construction companies, product manufacturers, engineers, consultants and many others.
Over the past 30 years Bob has developed a working relationship with architects, owners, contractors, equipment suppliers and code officials. Throughout his experiences, Bob has gained an excellent knowledge of building codes and design requirements for the design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems.
Over the past eleven years Marcos has worked in the computer aided drafting field producing design documents for construction. Projects have included design within the commercial construction, industrial construction and residential construction industries. Marcos work includes performing load calculations, sizing HVAC equipment, ductwork layout and sizing and plumbing system layout and design.
Assisted with recruiting and hiring of phone bankers for call center. Responsible for solving payroll problems and issues. Maintained and updated all confidential employee records. Supported business manager in analyzing, planning and executing employee appraisals and increases. Planned, scheduled, and administered office operations, data entry, telephone support, and mail distribution, scheduling, filing and reporting.
