Three Rivers Running Company opened in early 2004 on Covington Road in Fort Wayne. The company was created to provide the most innovative products and highest quality customer service to meet the needs of walkers and runners in Northeast Indiana and surrounding areas. Since then, we have moved locations twice to better meet the needs of our growing market.
Customer service is at the core of our company's business model. The hallmark of our customer service is a custom fitting process for shoe selection. We are the only store in northeast Indiana or northwest Ohio that offers this level of service for customers. We continually receive accolades from our customers and vendors regarding our service, communication, and relationship development.
Three Rivers Running Company offers a wide range of services in addition to running, walking, and triathlon gear and equipment. We offer a team and group sales program. If you are a member of a cross country team, track team, or running club, this program may save you a few bucks. We aim to carry the best and most innovative products available in the running and walking industries.
3RRC offers a personalized shoe fitting and gait analysis process to ensure the best possible fit for your individual needs. There is more to selecting the right shoe than picking your favorite colors; we take the time to listen to your personal history, to check your previous footwear, and to ask about your fitness goals when we fit you for shoes.
We are excited to announce the newest addition to our gait analysis process - the Albert Scanner! The Albert Scanner, a 3D foot scanning station from Aetrex, is a revolutionary piece of technology that offers a wealth of information with a 30 second scan. Albert features 18 digital cameras, 960 infrared LEDs, and over 5,000 gold-plated barometric sensors.

I went there this past Saturday and did end up bying a pair of shoes but not because I received professional service. I already knew what I needed but did feel the suggestions were appropriate. I was already in top rated footware. He never measured my for appropriate size and he never checked for proper fit. I really feel he did not care if they fit to my foot type. I will not go back.

I went in yesterday looking for a shoe too help me work out and Cory was very informative and very kind to me. I could tell they were busy and the staff treated everyone with the same amount of respect as the next. Cory analyzed how I walked and then took the time to show me multiple pairs of shoes. The shoes are a bit expensive in my personal opinion, so fingers crossed they help with my pain.

They take care of you even after the sale! We had a small issue with a new pair of shoes just outside their normal return policy. They were very nice and helped us get the situation handled quickly!

Not too many custom small shops around. Three rivers has all the new model shoes. Great place to shop. I think most of the workers are runners so that also makes it a greater experience. They also hold the Veteran's Marathon in Columbia City every year. They also have a great selection of running gear for all seasons. One thing I like about them also is, every $500 you spend you get $25 credit towards any purchase. Sweet place!
